What's the minimum order quantity?
Custom-printed popcorn boxes are subject to a minimum order quantity, which is shown on each product page. Larger runs bring the unit price down, and orders of 500 pieces or more qualify for our bulk discount.
How do I get a price or quote?
Pricing is shown by quantity on each product page. For a tailored quote on a large run, an unusual size or a special finish, email us with your requirements and we’ll come back to you quickly.
Can I order a plain (unprinted) box?
Yes. Alongside custom-printed boxes we supply plain stock boxes in our standard sizes, ideal if you brand them yourself or need packaging in a hurry.
Artwork & printing
How do I send my logo or design?
Upload your artwork with your order or email it to us. For the sharpest print, send a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) or a high-resolution PNG. If you only have a logo, our team can help position it on the box.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your written approval before anything is printed. Please check spelling, colours and sizing carefully, as production begins once you approve it.
Will the printed colours match my screen exactly?
Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on a screen. If an exact colour match matters for your brand, request a physical sample before committing to your full run.

What box sizes do you offer?
We make five sizes to suit every occasion: Mini (80×40×100mm), Small (80×60×140mm), Medium (104×84×120mm), Large and X-Large. From wedding favours to cinema servings, there’s a size that fits.
Are the boxes food-safe?
Yes. Our popcorn boxes are made from food-grade board suitable for direct contact with dry snacks like popcorn, sweets and nuts.
Which size is right for me?
Mini and small suit favours, parties and sampling; medium works well for events and hospitality; large and X-large are made for cinemas, festivals and premium servings. Not sure? Ask us and we’ll recommend one.
Delivery & tracking
How long will my order take?
The total time is our production lead time (typically 7–14 working days after you approve your proof) plus the delivery option you choose at checkout. Standard UK delivery then usually arrives within 2–4 working days.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we ship UK-wide with tracked couriers, and you’ll get a tracking link once your order is dispatched. For deliveries outside the UK, contact us first for a carriage quote.
My boxes arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please check your order on arrival and report any transit damage within 7 days, with photos, to enquiry@propopcornboxes.co.uk. We’ll reprint or refund the affected items.
