Pro Popcorn Boxes (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who visits our website or places an order. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information we collect
- Order & account details — your name, business name, billing and delivery address, email, and phone number.
- Artwork & brand files — any logos, designs, or print specifications you upload for custom boxes.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies (see Section 05).
How we use your information
- To process, print, and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
- To send order confirmations, dispatch updates, and, where you have opted in, offers and product news.
- To improve our website, products, and service, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing your data
We share data only with the partners needed to fulfill your order: couriers, payment processors, and print suppliers, and only what they need to do their job. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
How long do we keep it?
Order and invoicing records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can withdraw marketing consent whenever you like. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiry@propopcornboxes.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

By placing an order with Pro Popcorn Boxes you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully, as custom-printed packaging is made to order.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and, where applicable, exclude VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- An order is confirmed once payment is received and, for custom work, once you have approved the final digital proof.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order before dispatch, refunding you in full where payment has been taken.
Custom artwork & proofs
For printed boxes we supply a digital proof for your written approval before production begins. You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, sizing and layout. Once a proof is approved, production starts, and the order cannot be changed.
Minimum orders & lead times
- Custom orders are subject to minimum quantities shown on each product page.
- Standard production lead time for custom boxes is typically 7–14 working days after proof approval, plus delivery time.
Intellectual property
You confirm that any artwork, logo or brand you supply is yours to use or that you have permission to use it. You retain ownership of your artwork; we retain ownership of our website content, templates and structural box designs.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or supply shortages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
