- Pro Popcorn Boxes
Refund & returns
We want you to love your popcorn boxes. Because most of our products are custom-printed to your specification, the rules differ between bespoke and plain stock items. Here's exactly how it works, and what to do if something isn't right.

14 days
To return unused plain stock items
5–10 days
For an approved refund to reach you
- Custom-printed orders
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. This means custom-printed boxes can’t be returned or refunded simply because you’ve changed your mind.
They’re still fully covered if they arrive faulty, damaged or not as approved on your proof, see below.
- Plain stock items
Unprinted stock boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty.
Once we’ve received and checked the returned items, we’ll process your refund promptly.
- Check your order on arrival
Open and inspect your boxes as soon as they arrive. Report any fault, damage or error within 7 days of receipt so we can act quickly.
- Email us with photos
Send your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging to enquiry@propopcornboxes.co.uk. Photos help us resolve it without delay.
- We reprint or refund
Where a genuine fault or an error on our part is confirmed, we’ll reprint the affected items or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
- Your refund is processed
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, and we’ll confirm by email once it’s done.
